This SMS Policy describes how Visual Vibes Corp, doing business as Visual Vibes Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with you, including how you can opt in, opt out, and what to expect from our messaging program. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their marketing purposes. This data stays with Visual Vibes Studio and our service providers solely for delivering the messages you requested.
1. How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Visual Vibes Studio by taking any of the following actions:
- Submitting a form on our website (visualvibes.studio) with your phone number and checking or acknowledging the SMS consent language
- Applying to Sunday Sessions and providing your phone number
- Booking the studio through our chat widget, call, or intake form
- Texting us first or responding to our initial outreach
When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your subscription. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. What Messages to Expect
We may send the following types of messages:
- Informational / transactional: appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates, shoot-day logistics, invoices
- Marketing / promotional: new service announcements, Sunday Sessions drops, limited offers, event invitations
- Account / support: responses to your inquiries and support tickets
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive several messages during an active project or booking and fewer otherwise.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for sending SMS — any charges come from your carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message from us — you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Email visualvibes727@gmail.com with your phone number and request removal.

7. Supported Carriers
Our messaging works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to This Policy
