24 to 48 hours before, free reschedule, or a 50% refund if you cancel.
Under 24 hours, 50% is non-refundable, since the slot can't be re-filled in time.
For most standard bookings you're good to go. For larger productions, or if you're bringing in outside gear or a big crew, we may ask for a certificate of insurance. If that applies to you, we'll tell you before your date, no surprises.

We keep flexible hours and late nights are usually fine. If your shoot runs loud or very late, mention it when you book so we can make sure it works for the timing you need.
It happens. If the room is open we'll keep you rolling and just bill the extra time at the hourly rate. If someone's booked right after you, we'll give you a heads up so you can wrap clean.
